Exchanges & Refunds

At The Hive, we want to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please choose carefully though, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong decision or incorrect size. We understand that you cannot try on garments before purchasing online, so we're happy to provide an exchange or credit note (valid for 3 years) on full priced items, should they meet the below requirements:

  • Garments/products need to be sent back to us within 10 days of delivery.
  • Garments/products should be returned new, unused and with all original tags attached. Returned items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered from their original state (i.e. tags removed) will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
  • Due to health and hygiene reasons, earrings are unable to be returned for a credit note or exchange.

FAULTY ITEMS

We aim to provide products of only the highest standard and quality, therefore a thorough check of all items is undertaken before dispatching to you. If you received an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please contact us to provide a photo showing the defect/fault in order to speed up the returns process.

In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if the item has a minor fault we have the right to repair the fault and return the product to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired, a replacement which matches your original purchase will be sent to you. However, if we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item, we'll reimburse you in full for your purchase.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanges or credit notes for lost parcels. We always recommend using registered post with a tracking number to avoid missing parcels.

Please note, if garment is damaged after being worn (e.g. missing button or broken zip due to being worn), we cannot accept it for an exchange or return.

SALE ITEMS

We are unable to offer a returns and/or exchange on sale or discounted items.

IN-STORE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

We will gladly exchange or provide a store credit for full priced items within 7 days from the date of purchase for in-store purchases. Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached and the original receipt. Due to health and hygiene reasons, earrings are unable to be returned for a credit note or exchange.
